Irish Nationals 2008

Competition will be held over two weekends in August. Competition is being run in conjunction with the Dublin Gliding Club who are hosting the event.

The Irish Summer behaved with its usual mix of rain, wind and cloud and resulted in a ZERO score for all eight entries. During the week we had two near record breaking rainfall events! See all the results at http://www.soaringspot.com/ienat2008

UK Overseas Nationals – Ocana, Spain

26th May to 6th June

Five Irish pilots competed in this year’s competition and 3rd place was won.

World Championships, Luesse, Germany

2nd to 16th August 15m and 18m classes

Owning to the competition being oversubscribed, only one place per class is available for Irish Pilots. This year’s entries are:
